We are really interested in getting something like this http://www.snowcovered.com/snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&PackageID=9110 that would use Silverlight.

The module would need to convert file formats and size on upload, work with both audio and video and be capable of storing the files on Amazon S3 Storage.

Could this be done? Anyone care to give us a quote on how much?
